- Breast Reduction
This patient is a 36-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of extremely large, wide, pendulous breasts which created significant issues with back, neck, and shoulder problems. I felt this patient was an excellent candidate for breast reduction surgery. During her procedure I used a superomedial pedicle and removed over 2 pounds of tissue per breast. She healed very well and was extremely pleased with her new, lighter appearance and the major improvement in her neck and back pain.
