- Breast Lift with Implants
The patient is a 30-year-old female who presented to my Scottsdale office with complaints of breasts which were smaller than desired as well as having significant asymmetry and ptosis. During surgery I performed a breast augmentation using Sientra smooth round moderate plus profile implants (455 on the left and 415 on the right). I also performed vertical mastopexies with more tissue removal from the right than the left due to her preoperative asymmetry. The patient healed nicely and was very happy with her fuller, perkier, more symmetrical breasts.
