- Breast Lift with Implants
This is a 33 year old woman was considering plastic surgery in Phoenix and came to my Scottsdale, Arizona area medical practice with complaints of deflated appearing breasts after childbirth. The patient wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts and was very concerned with maintaining a natural look.
I recommended a combination of breast implants placed under the muscle with a circumareolar mastopexy (around the areola tightening) in order to achieve the most aesthetic, natural appearing breasts. The patient decided she wanted saline implants.
In the operating room, I placed 325cc smooth, round, moderate profile Mentor saline implants overfilled to 350cc. These were placed through the areola to minimize scarring. I also tightened the breast tissue and raised the areolas by performing a circumareolar mastopexy.
Following her Phoenix plastic surgery procedure, the patient did very well and was very happy with her perky, natural appearing breasts.
