- Breast Lift with Implants
The patient is a 43-year-old female wihh complaints of breast drooping and loss of volume. In surgery, performed and augmentation mastopexy and subsequently I tightened her pockets and reinforced her soft tissues with Galaform resorbable mesh in addition to resecting an additional 213 grams from the lower right breast and 171 grams from the left. The patient recovered nicely after surgery and was pleased with her perkier, rounder breast appearance.
