- Breast Lift with Implants
The patient is a 39-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired as well as stretch marks to the skin and severe drooping. I felt that a bilateral breast augmentation with a vertical mastopexy would give the patient the best overall results.
During surgery I placed Sientra 350-cc textured classic anatomical moderate profile cohesive silicone gel implants under the muscle. I also performed a vertical (lollipop scar) breast lift. The patient healed quickly after surgery and was very happy with her improved, more youthful appearance.
