This woman, age 30, came to my office to find out more about breast augmentation. She wanted fuller breasts, but she also wanted them to look natural.
During surgery, I placed 350cc Mentor smooth, round, moderate plus profile, cohesive silicone gel implants through the areolas and under the chest muscles. The patient was very pleased with the improvement in her breast shape and size.
