- Breast Augmentation
The patient is a 29-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of breast size smaller than desired. She was also noted to have ptotic nipples, which were excessively long. I felt a combination of breast augmentation with nipple reductions would give the patient the best overall results.
During surgery I placed 415cc round silicone implants and reduced the excess skin at the base of the nipples. She recovered well and was very happy with her new appearance.
