- Breast Augmentation
This 35 year old woman wanted to transform her 34A-cup bra size into a C cup. Like most breast enhancement patients, her biggest concern was ensuring a natural-looking result rather than an "augmented" look.
Given how thin this patient was, I recommended using silicone implants placed under the muscle for the most natural look. During her surgery I tried a few different sizes, but felt that the Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile cohesive silicone gel implants looked the best and could give her the natural-looking increase she wanted. She also had a mild size asymmetry. I found that the best size match was a 350cc implant on the left and a 375cc implant on the right.
This woman recovered very well from her breast augmentation surgery, with very little discomfort or swelling. She is very pleased with the results and feels that her new breasts flatter her frame beautifully.
