The patient is a 36-year-old female who presented to my office with complaints of excess laxity of the abdominal wall as well as excess fullness in the bra fat, back, flanks and medial thighs. Additionally, the patient had breasts smaller than desired with relatively low-set and oversized areolas. We discussed a breast augmentation with circumareolar mastopexies (donut lifts) as well as a full abdominoplasty and liposuction of the bra fat, back, flanks and inner thighs.
In surgery I performed a breast augmentation using Sientra smooth round high profile cohesive silicone gel implants placed under the chest muscles (dual plane) and through breast crease incisions . On the left side the implant was 505 cc and on the right side the implant was 590 cc due to a preoperative asymmetry. She also had a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the bra fat, back, flanks and inner thighs.
After surgery the patient recovered well and was very happy with her fuller, perkier breasts and her improved and more youthful abdominal contours.
