- Power Assisted Liposuction
This is a 28 year old female who came to my office with complaints of excess fat of the abdomen, back, flanks, hips and inner / outer thighs. Despite significant exercise and diet, she had difficulty gaining the contours she desired.
Given this patient's healthy, elastic skin and focal fat collections, I felt she would be a good candidate for power assisted liposuction of the above mentioned areas. The goal was to create a more natural, streamlined appearance to her torso and legs and, understanding that she would continue to exercise and maintain a healthy diet after recovery from surgery.
Power assisted liposuction was performed, and excellent contouring results were achieved. This patient had approximately 4 liters of aspirate removed overall. She is very happy with her results, and reports fitting much better in her clothes. She has also gained a renewed sense of self-confidence.
